MINT and Lumendi have been incredibly successful thus far in their collaboration on the Endolumenal Surgical Platform (ESP). ESP is a disposable device that fits over an endoscope to provide improved visualization inside the colon. The Lumendi team recently hired 4 new team members for Marketing, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance, Research and Development, and Medical Affairs. The company plans to file the ESP device with the FDA in late 2016, and hopes to have FDA approval in the usual review time.
